Time in Transit
Orders of Moringa Teas are sent via USPS Grounds parcel delivery. We ensure a prompt and timely delivery of your packages. Ground delivery period of Moringa packages are from 4 to 7 days, depending on your locations.

Rural Surcharge
Zip codes which are in USPS rural lists, incur $2 surcharge.

Alaska & Hawaii
We ship AK and HI orders via USPS Regular Mail. Orders can take up 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping
Shipping to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses are higher and shipped via USPS Regular mail service , unless Priority Mail Service is requested.

Incorrect and Old Addresses
If you ENTER IN wrong address in your order, we will try to contact USPS to intercept the package. Since there is a USPS charge for this service, we'll pass along the charge to you. To prevent this mistake, please double check your address in your billing, order, and account forms, before proceeding to the confirmation page.Shopping Carts automatically captures what you enter in the forms, so always double check your entries.

International Rates
We ship internationally with USPS prevailing rates. For calculation of International rates (if not provided by PAYPAL), please click this USPS web link: www.postcalc.usps.gov. We will bill you separately for International Shipping Costs.
